How do I download my software after purchase?
After completing your purchase, you'll receive an email with download instructions and license information. You can also access your downloads from your account dashboard.

What system requirements do I need?
Most of our diagnostic software requires Windows 10/11, at least 8GB RAM, and 20GB free disk space. Some products require specific interface hardware. See individual product pages for detailed requirements.
